Order
An order is an administrative document issued by the head of an institution (structural unit) in sole authority and within the limits of his competence, which is mandatory for subordinates to perform. The order enters into force from the moment of its signing unless another term is specified in its text. The right to sign orders is determined by legislation. This right usually belongs to heads of institutions, their first deputies, and some officials by their powers and competence. [Шемшученко, Ю.]
The order is valid until it is revoked (by the person who signed it or by a higher authority) or until it is executed, or until the expiration date specified in the order itself. The order has no legal force and is subject to cancellation if it is issued in violation of the established rules. Orders are individual and normative:
Individual orders are related to the resolution of labor activity issues of specific persons (incentives and fines, transfer to another job, etc.).
Normative orders are impersonal orders that regulate the labor activity of the entire workforce or part of it (rules of internal labor procedures, reorganization of structural units, etc.).[Бусел, В.]
