Theory Of Relativity
1. Theory of relativity is a geometric theory of gravitation, developing special theory of relativity, Albert Einstein published in 1915-1916.
2. The theory of relativity usually encompasses two interrelated theories by Albert Einstein: special relativity and general relativity, proposed and published in 1905 and 1915, respectively.
Within the framework of general relativity, as in other metric theories, it is postulated that the gravitational effects are due to not force the interaction of bodies and fields that are in the space-time, and the deformation of space-time, which is linked in particular to the presence of mass-energy. General relativity is distinguished from other metric theories of gravitation using Einstein’s equations to link curvature of space-time with the presence in it of matter.
