Ferroelectricity
Ferroelectricity is a characteristic of certain materials that have a spontaneous electric polarization that can be reversed by the application of an external electric field.
Ferroelectricity are сrystalline dielectrics having a certain temperature range, the very arbitrary polarization strongly dependent on external influences. By cegneto electricians include barium titanate, Rochelle salt, and others. Ferroelectric electrician has a high dielectric constant, which is related to their domain structure.
