The Registered Capital is also called the ‘committed registered capital,’ the amount of capital committed by shareholders [Trustiics].
The registered capital is the maximum share capital a company is authorized to raise. The limit is outlined in the company’s constitutional documents and can only be changed with the shareholders' approval. Registered capital for a new company is the declared figure for capital to be injected into the company in the future. The registered capital of a company shows its fund strength or capacity.
