Moderator

A moderator is someone who makes sure that the rules of an internet discussion are not broken, for example by removing any threatening or offensive messages.

The task of moderator is to stimulate the discussion, navigate participants through key pillars of the topic and lead to a meaningful outcome. Whilst the moderator is part of the discussion, he faces the stretch of being a leader of the group whistle also building trust and closeness to get under the respondents “skin”.
