Professional Readaptation
Professional Readaptation refers to the process of helping individuals return to work or adapt to new professional roles after experiencing psychological stress, trauma, illness, or other life challenges. It focuses on restoring emotional well-being, improving coping skills, and supporting successful reintegration into the workplace. It includes psychological counseling, stress management, vocational training, and social support. These measures help people regain confidence, develop resilience, and improve their ability to perform job-related tasks.
