Emotional Self-Sufficiency
Emotional self-sufficiency is a state of emotional and psychological independence, where an individual possesses the internal capacity to regulate their own emotions, derive self-worth from within, and cope with life challenges without chronic reliance on external validation or interpersonal reassurance.
