Introspective therapy
Introspective therapy is a process of remediation of physical, mental, or behavioral disorders or disease using the method of a reflective looking inward and examination of one's own thoughts and feelings. Introspective method is an approach to research in which participants describe their conscious experiences.
Introspection, the act of monitoring and reflecting upon inner conscious thoughts and other mental processes, has been assumed to be needed for most psychological interventions.
