Emotional resilience training
Emotional resilience is a complex phenomenon essential for personal development and psychological stability. According to foundational mental health frameworks, resilience is defined as the capacity of people to confront and cope with life's challenges; to maintain their wellbeing in the face of adversity (Building resilient communities). In professional settings, this adaptability operates directly as the ability to succeed personally and professionally in the midst of a high pressured, fast moving and continuously changing environment (Emotional resilience toolkit). Rather than focusing merely on vulnerability, these systematic resources leverage academic and practical interventions to build effective strategies that protect long-term student success and well-being.
