Learning Inner Balance
Learning Inner Balance refers to the process of developing skills that promote emotional regulation, resilience, self-awareness, and psychological well-being. In psychological research, inner balance (equanimity) is understood as a mental state characterized by even-mindedness and reduced reactivity toward positive, neutral, and negative experiences. Such training aims to help individuals maintain emotional stability, cope effectively with stress, and foster adaptive functioning in daily life.
