Positive attitudes training

Positive attitudes training is a psychological process of formation in a person positive beliefs and judgements.
Attitude in a person will affect how the individual acts or interacts with people around him and indicate everyday behavior or daily actions even though there are still other factors such as environment and beliefs. Attitudes are influenced by a variety of factors, including past experience, knowledge of the problems and one’s general belief.
The positive effects that come from a positive attitude is the improvement of active performance, psychological health attaining. Also positive psychology interventions significantly enhance subjective and psychological well-being and reduce depressive symptoms.
