Partnership Pedagogy

Partnership pedagogy is an educational approach based on cooperation, mutual respect, trust, shared responsibility, and active participation of all stakeholders in the learning process. It emphasizes collaborative relationships among students, teachers, parents, and the wider community, viewing each participant as an equal partner in education. This approach promotes open communication, democratic values, learner-centered teaching, and the creation of a supportive educational environment that fosters personal growth, critical thinking, and social competence. Partnership pedagogy is closely related to the principles of inclusive education and participatory learning, where students are encouraged to take an active role in their own educational development.
