Emotion regulation training
Emotion regulation learning can be defined as the process through which individuals acquire the ability to monitor, evaluate, and modify their emotional reactions in order to accomplish goals and adapt effectively to environmental demands. Emotion regulation learning is understood as the development of processes by which individuals influence which emotions they experience, when they experience them, and how these emotions are expressed and managed in everyday life.
