Inclusion
Inclusion is the process of ensuring that all people have equal opportunities to participate in social, educational, cultural, and professional life regardless of their personal characteristics or circumstances. Researchers describe inclusion as creating environments where every individual feels valued, respected, and able to participate fully in society.
