Relaxation

Relaxation is a state of reduced physical and mental tension, helping the body and mind to recover from stress or fatigue. It typically involves engaging in activities or practices that promote calmness, ease, and a sense of well-being.

What are the benefits of relaxation?
Engaging in relaxation not only helps to reset and balance the nervous system but also fosters long-term physical and mental well-being. By reducing stress levels, relaxation contributes to better overall health, enhances mood, and can even play a role in preventing certain illnesses. Regular relaxation practices, such as meditation or deep breathing, serve as a foundation for a healthier and more harmonious lifestyle.
There is also a progressive muscle relaxation. Its goal is to induce a relaxation response. It forces the body to shift from an alert, active state to a more relaxed one.
