Obsessive perfectionism
Obsessive perfectionism - is a pattern of behavior characterized by an intense focus on achieving flawless results. The implication involves high standards of performance which are accompanied by tendencies for overly critical evaluations of one's own behavior. The over concern for mistakes, leads perfectionists to strive for their goals by a fear of failure, rather than a need for achievement.
