Frustration
Frustration is a negative emotional response that occurs when an individual's efforts to achieve a goal are hindered. This emotional state can manifest as feelings of anger, annoyance, and disappointment. Frustration arises when there is a perceived resistance to the fulfillment of an individual's will or goal. Frustration can arise from both internal and external causes. Internally, it may stem from difficulties in achieving personal goals, unfulfilled desires, or unmet needs. It can also be triggered by perceived personal shortcomings, such as a lack of confidence or fear of social situations. Additionally, frustration often emerges when conflicting goals interfere with one another, creating a sense of internal struggle. On the other hand, external factors beyond an individual's control can also lead to frustration. These may include physical obstacles, challenging tasks, or the feeling of wasting time due to uncontrollable circumstances.
