Positive thinking training

Positive thinking – is the practice of emphasising the positive elements of circumstances, individuals, and life in general, rather than dwelling on the negative. It involves keeping a hopeful perspective, even in tough situations, and believing in your capacity to overcome difficulties. Positive thinking isn’t about ignoring challenges, but about them with an optimistic approach, looking for answers, and expecting good outcomes. It can boost mental health, reduce anxiety, and foster greater happiness and success.

When it comes to understanding ‘how to think positive’, it’s not as straightforward as simply converting negative thoughts into positive ones. A significant part of this process involves accepting the way the mind functions and recognizing why it’s beneficial for the mind to operate in that manner. With this perspective, we’re not battling as much to dispel negative thoughts, particularly when we cease to perceive them as detrimental.
