Future anxiety

Future anxiety is a form of psychological discomfort caused by fear or uncertainty about what the future holds. It manifests itself in the form of excessive thinking about possible negative events, anxiety about one's actions or their consequences, as well as a general feeling of danger. This condition is often the result of stress, trauma, or lack of control over the situation.
