Somatic therapy

Somatic therapy is a method of psychotherapy aimed at restoring emotional health through work with the body. The basic idea is that the body stores a memory of psychological trauma, which can manifest itself in the form of physical stress or pain. Somatic therapy allows you to remove these blocks through awareness of bodily sensations, breathing, movement or light touch.
