Psychological mutual support
Psychological mutual support — is a type of therapy in which someone seeks, with the help and guidance of a psychologist, to express their problems and anxieties in an effort to identify the causes and find solutions for discomfort and suffering. Such social support may come in different forms, and might involve: a sense of empathy, giving an advice, trustful relationships, taking care of someone in need. Ways of support: 1) Comfort upset or grieving people; 2) Be a nonjudgmental listener; 3) Give compliments and offer encouragement; 4) Let your loved ones know how much you appreciate them even when there’s nothing to thank them for specifically; 5) Let people know that you care.
