Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)
Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is a mental health condition characterized by persistent and excessive worry about various aspects of life, such as work, health, and social interactions. This worry is often disproportionate to the situation, and it can occur more days than not for at least six months. People with GAD often find it difficult to control their anxiety, even when there’s no immediate threat or problem. Symptoms are: 1) Constant fear of the unknown; 2) Overthinking; 3) Inability to let go of the past 4) Inability to have a rest.
