Sensitivity

Sensitivity is the ability to understand what other people need, and be helpful and kind to them.
Sensitivity is a basic human trait and describes the ability to perceive and process information about the environment.
Basic components:
the perception of sensory input from the environment such as sound, smell, taste, and touch.
the cognitive processing of the perceived information about the environment, such as thinking deeply about and reflecting on experiences.
