Emotional literacy training

Emotional literacy training is the ability to express our emotions and feelings using speech and other forms of communication. It's an important skill that children must develop from a young age to help establish a stable relationship with their own emotions.
Once they have developed a good understanding of their emotional state, they will empathize with others and work to resolve conflict in a way that takes into account others' emotions and benefits all parties. Emotional literacy is essential in building relationships and maintaining one's mental well-being.
