Neural computer
Neural computer - a computer or a software program that uses a neural network simulating the human brain and can be trained to perform specific tasks, such as pattern recognition.

Neurons are the basic functional units of the nervous system, and they generate electrical signals called action potentials, allowing them to transmit information quickly over long distances.
