Service auditor
Service Auditor. An individual within the Customer appointed by the Customer (if the Customer so requires) as the Service Auditor who is given access by the Bank to the audit log of the Customer’s use of Secure e-mail and whose role would be to monitor the activities undertaken by the Service Administrator and any of the Authorised Users in relation to their use of Secure e-mail. Service Auditor means an individual member of Your staff approved by a Service Administrator by clause 7.3 who is given access by Us to the audit log of Your use of the Payments Service and whose role would be to monitor the activities undertaken by the Service Administrator(s) and any Authorised User(s) in relation to their use of the Payments Service.[Law Insider]
A service auditor is the audit team that performs the service audit of the service organization. For example, if ASAP Payroll provides payroll services to user organizations, they would be the service organization, and the audit firm that performs the engagement would be the service auditor. The user organization would be the company that uses ASAP Payroll, and the user auditor would be the external audit firm auditing the user organization. [Universal CPA Review]
