Survey method
The questionnaire method is one of the forms of survey. A feature of a questionnaire survey is the use of a printed or electronic questionnaire as a means of communication between the researcher and the respondent [Велика Українська Енциклопедія]. A paper survey is a more traditional data collection method and can easily result in data loss. Online surveys, on the other hand, are usually created via data collection platforms. One of the many advantages of online surveys is accuracy, as it typically records a lower margin of error than paper surveys. Also, online surveys are easier to administer as you can share them with respondents via email or social media channels [Formplus]. The questionnaire method is used to survey large groups of people who live in a large area. The questionnaire process is a regulated procedure carried out according to the research plan — from drawing up the goal, tasks, and stages to analyzing the collected empirical data and publishing conclusions and recommendations [Велика Українська Енциклопедія].
