Personnel order
Personnel orders regulate hiring, dismissal, transfer of employees, business trips, vacations, and various incentives.
Orders regarding personnel, except certain types, have only an administrative part. Each item of the order begins with a verb in the indefinite form, which has the meaning of instructions, followed by a colon. In the next line, the text of the executive part is drawn up from the paragraph. The surname is printed in capital letters, and the first name is patronymic - in the ordinary font. Next, indicate the position, structural unit, and content of the action in relation to the person in question.[Шемшученко, Ю.]
The appointment order to a position shall indicate the name of this position, the salary, and the enrollment date. The order on the granting of leave specifies the type of leave, the number of working days granted, and the start and end dates of the leave. The dismissal order indicates the article of the Labor Code of Ukraine, based on which the employee was dismissed.[Бусел, В.]
At the end of each item in the orders regarding the personnel, the reason for its composition is indicated. If necessary, the draft order is agreed upon with the relevant officials, who are determined by the head of the institution.[Глущик, С.]
